Graduate of international relations and culture management at the Jagiellonian University, associated with the Krakow Festival Office since 2006. She is responsible for co-creating the image of the City of Krakow in the area of culture, tourism, literature and film, as well as for managing the work of the Marketing Department, which won the Grand Prix of the 5th edition of the Marketing Director of the Year competition in 2014. Moreover, she also oversees the marketing communication strategy, the promotion of the Krakow Festival Office, as well as more than 25 brands managed by the Office.
Among her tasks is coordination of outdoor promotional campaigns, as well as press, radio, TV and Internet. She also works with new media and PR activities in social media. She is also responsible for the sales policy of the Office, cooperation with sponsors and commercial partners, coordination of the publishing activities of the Krakow Festival Office, as well as overseeing InfoKrakow – the official city information network. She is responsible for implementing accessibility policies for users with special needs.
